Black-dot hypnosis

It is another way of hypnosis that involves only two people in the process. There should be only a hypnotizer and the one who is hypnotized. The atmosphere of seclusion is necessary for this kind of hypnosis. And the close spiritual contact of hypnotizer and one who will be immersed in the state of hypnosis is also important. There also should be a light that will create necessary mood of a person.

So, there is a light and there is a table. On that table a sheet of paper should be putted and the tiny black dot should be in the centre of the paper. The dot shouldn't be too big or too small. Skillful hypnotizers say that the dot has to have 5 mm in its diameter. Person who will be immersed in the sate of hypnosis have to be placed with its face to the light and to the table, sure.

Hypnotizer has to sit down in front of a person with his face to him or her. The eyes of one who is hypnotized have to be directed to the black dot on the sheet of paper and the eyes of hypnotizer are directed straight to the face of the person. Hypnotizer gives person an order to stare the dot and while a person is staring the dot the hypnotizer staring the face of a person.

He suggests a person that his or her eyes are tired and the eye-lids get heavy and person feels like falling asleep. These words are repeated until the moment hypnotizer feels that a person is tired and sleepy. After that he commands to a person to fall asleep. And that is the state of hypnotic dream.
