Sleeping hypnosis

It is the process of suggesting certain statements to people who are sleeping. The state of natural sleep is a perfect state for hypnotizer to suggest necessary ideas to people's mind. It is a way of hypnosis parents may use in order to suggest norms of behavior to their disobedient children. Psychologists say that it is a good way to bring certain changes to children's character and behavior and make them more obedient.
There are several ways of hypnotizing a person during sleeping and those ways are different according to the phase of sleeping during which the suggestion is performed. Upon the phase of sleeping the form of suggestion depends and voice the suggestion should be pronounced with. For example it may be the low voice needed for suggestion or the louder voice.
The first phase possible for suggestion is so-called phase of falling asleep. It is usually the phase when a person just has went to bad and is falling asleep. During this phase the words of suggesting in formation should be pronounced in a low voice like the fairy tales mother tell their children in order to lull them.
The second phase of sleeping during which the suggestion may be performed is a phase of deep sleep. This phase starts in 15 or 18 minutes after falling asleep. The suggestion must be pronounced in a voice louder than the lulling voice. Though, that voice has also been calm in order not to disturb a person and not to awake it.
